Support shouldn’t only exist in crisis or counselling sessions. We saw the space between sessions, the waitlists, the hard days that don’t qualify as emergencies but still hurt. We noticed how often people are left to navigate those days alone and we knew there had to be something better.

A quiet companion on the difficult days. A mental health support hub that meets you exactly where you are.
