Since 2008, Her Fearless Heart has provided a platform where people can share their mental health journeys and stories. These stories have allowed others to feel less alone, to learn new coping strategies and to support each other through mutual understanding and compassion. In 2014, Her Fearless Heart published a collection of these stories in our Mental Health Survival Guide, along with many other pearls of wisdom that people had to offer. These included quotes that helped them get through their day or coping strategies that they utilised in their every day lives when having a tough time.
