Grief & Loss
About
If you are looking for a safe and supportive social environment where you can discuss and work through your feelings of grief, group therapy may be a great option for you.
Group therapy is a type of psychological support that involves a small group of people meeting on a regular basis to talk, interact and discuss issues with each other, led by an experienced mental health professional.
This type of therapy provides you with a safe, structured and supportive environment to work through your issues and emotions. It also gives you an opportunity to offer support and suggestions to other group members who are experiencing similar issues or feelings.
Our counsellor’s role is to guide the group and facilitate healthy discussion, while also providing psychological strategies that will benefit all participants.
